Cute Baby Hats

Hats Keep Your Baby Warm & Magnify your Baby’s Cuteness

Warm winter hats have evolved from being fairly boring to exciting and adorable.  They have also been developed to be practical and warm.  I have seen so many cute hats at my programs I wanted to write about it.

Infant Hats
Infant hats have not only become a fashion statement, but babies in elaborate hats are photographed to secure your baby’s cuteness till the end of time.  Turning your baby into a baby dinosaur and taking pictures of him while he is sleeping, is a picture the grandparents will flip over, not to mention the parents.  What about a Mini Mini Mouse with huge ears and a mouse-tail to match?

Three to Twelve Month Old
Making your baby look like a fighter pilot or lumberjack (either girl or boy) can not only keep your baby warm, but can make a huge statement on your baby’s cuteness factor.  Having a unique hat can make it fun for parents to dress their children up all winter long.  It can help take the dreariness out of the long cold winter months.

Be Unique
Halloween is but once a year, having unusual hats, can help you celebrate year round.  Perhaps you will find a matching hat to your baby’s; then you will really be making a bold statement, and have fun while doing it.

Mid-Winter
Winter hat sales are on like crazy, look for hats on Amazon.ca, or Gymboree to start.

Idea
Summer hats should be as fun as the winter hats.  Maybe there is a market or website for them.  We would love to post your suggestions about places to shop for unusual hats for all seasons.   I bumped into a shop owner Rebecca Bamford, while I was at Baby Chat at Democracy on Locke Street and she was shopping for hats for her store two doors down at 188 Locke Street.  It looks like she has some cute hats she was purchasing for her store Citizen-Kid.

Pictures
Momstown would love to hear from you!  Please send in pictures of your children (and you) in your cute hats!
